What I do
Yoga that fits real life.
I'm Kerensa, and I teach yoga the way I like to practise it: slowly, kindly and without any pressure to look a certain way.
My classes are small, never more than ten people, so I can see how everyone is moving and offer a quiet word or an easier option when it helps. You don't need to be flexible, and you don't need to have done yoga before.
I've been teaching in Cornwall for twelve years. Most of the people who come to class are local, lots of them started as complete beginners, and plenty stay for a cup of tea afterwards.
- Small classes, ten people at most
- Beginners always welcome
